Meet Scott Cavadini and the Cavadini family, a Lincoln family that loves to spend time in the city and have found all the best spots to spend a family weekend.

Friday

• Check into the Embassy Suites and get ready for a fun-filled weekend

• Head over to Sun Valley Lanes and Games where there's something for everyone.  Bowling, arcade games, laser tag, food, and so much more.  Perfect place to plan a party or get together with friends and family

• Back to the hotel to let the kids play in the awesome pool

Saturday

• Start the morning off with specialty Belgian waffles and craft coffee drinks (for mom and dad) from The Chocolate Season

• Next, head to Adventure Golf Center with their three different mini golf courses and batting cages to enjoy some outdoor fun

• The Lincoln Children’s Zoo is the perfect place to get some fresh air, see some amazing animals and take a relaxing train ride to see any sights you may have missed

• Catch some foul balls, and hopefully some hotdogs, while watching the Saltdogs at Haymarket Park

• Make sure to swing by Ivanna Cone for some locally made ice cream to finish out the night.

Sunday

• Sleep in and then have breakfast at the hotel

• Head over to the Lincoln Children’s Museum.  With three floors of activities, it is a great way to engage children’s bodies and minds!

• Enjoy the last of the weekend by enjoying an afternoon in one of Lincoln's many parks and playgrounds.
