Known throughout Lincoln since 2017 for its popular food truck, Rosari’s Kitchen has only been in a restaurant for a few years. But it’s a dream come true for the family owners.
Specializing in Central American and Mexican food, Rosari’s food truck was known for having some of the best pupusas. Those pupusas are still on the menu today, but now there are a lot more items as well, including birria tacos, soups, street corn, ice cream, quesadillas, tortas, fresh juices, and horchata, and much, much more.
The large menu encompasses the flavors of Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Mexico. It’s a popular spot on the weekends and during the evenings, but if the dining room is full, Rosari’s Kitchen also has a drive-thru.
Don’t forget to ask for the homemade salsas. The red one packs a delightful punch.
