Raising Canes is committed to providing a superior quality product. We only use fresh, never frozen, chicken tenderloins, marinate them for at least 24 hours, then batter, flour and season by hand. Our crinkle cut fries are grade A, extra long fancy cut Idaho potatoes. Crisp, fresh cabbage, carrots and a creamy coleslaw dressing are mixed daily. The Texas toast is thick sliced bread brushed lightly with garlic butter and cooked on a flat iron griddle. Our Canes sauce is a unique, secret recipe and all of our food is "cooked to order...not just made to order."
