Wilderness Ridge is the most unique golf course in the state. Granite boulder-lined ponds and streams, waterfalls, bent grass fairways, more than 6,000 trees, and a 37,000 square foot log and stone lodge clubhouse create a fantastic resort style golfing experience. Featuring an 18-hole championship course and a nine-hole executive track, Wilderness Ridge is home to the Nebraska Golf Academy, Lincoln's only year-round practice to the facility and home to the University of Nebraska Golf Teams.
Eugene T. Mahoney State Park is open year-round. Overnight cabin and lodge room accommodations, camping sites and food service is available. Seasonal activities include Family Aquatic Center, Ice Skating Rink, Activities Center, indoor playground, horseback trail rides, playhouse theater, fishing, hiking and biking. State park permit is required.
The unique stadium, located at Line Drive and Sun Valley Blvd., is just a few minutes from Downtown Lincoln and may be reached via West "O" Street. The Lincoln Saltdogs pro baseball team will by vying for a playoff spot in the newly created American Association of Independent Professional Baseball, North Division. The players have a 95 day season and games are scheduled for at least 90 of those days, with 48 of those games at home. Cost: Ticket prices are affordable for families.

Come out and visit the farm and see how milk goes from farm to table. Tours are scheduled in advance, by appointment only and hosted on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Admission is $3/person for ages 2 and older with a $20 minimum. Tours last an hour to an hour and a half depending on size of group.
Stagecoach State Recreation Area is a 195-acre lake surrounded by 607 acres of land. Stagecoach offers fishing, boating, picnicking and camping.
Fishing: Anglers here will find bluegill, common carp, crappie, largemouth bass, walleye and wiper, among other species. There is a 21-inch minimum length limit on black bass. For wiper, there is a daily bag limit of three with no more than one fish 16 inches or greater. This lake offers a wheelchair-accessible fishing pier.
Boating: All boats are welcome at Stagecoach State Recreation Area, though a 5 mph speed limit is enforced. There is one boat ramp and one dock.
Hunting: A 412-acre area is open to hunting in season. Stagecoach offers good opportunity for pheasant, quail and dove, among other species.
RV and Tent Camping: Stagecoach offers 22 camping pads with 20-, 30- and 50-amp electrical hookups, as well as 50 non-pad sites without electricity. Water and vault toilets are available to campers.
