An information-based session focusing on healthy nutrition guidelines based on the CDC. This casual group conversation will be interactive and informative. Participants will have the opportunity to ask personalized nutrition questions and receive proper tips and tools for achieving healthy recipes, grocery shopping, meal planning, and label reading. Participants will walk away with free nutrition worksheets, and will have the opportunity to set another healthy SMART goal for the remainder of the month. All are welcome.
