Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Please bring comfortable clothes appropriate for the class and your own towel. The class takes place in the second floor fitness room at the F Street Community Center, 1225 F Street. Call 402-441-7951 for more information, questions and closure updates.
