Mahoney Golf Course is unique in that it’s a par 70 course, rather than a par 72. This makes for a fun and challenging experience. There are six par 3s. You are forced to hit six great iron shots to have a decent round. Located in northeast Lincoln, the course features many trees that provide a breathtaking view in the fall.

McDonald Theatre in the Elder Memorial Theatre Center is home to Nebraska Wesleyan University's main stage performances. Twelve large productions and musicals are performed each year in this 300-seat venue. Free parking is available on campus.

"Visit Africa Without A Passport!”  The Midwestern African Museum of Art, Culture and Resource Center or MAMA welcomes the community and visitors to Lincoln to come experience the hidden beauty and rich history of Africa’s art and culture.  MAMA is the first established African museum in the Midwest. The museum also serves as a centralized location for enrichment through different programs that serve all ages.  One of MAMA’s resources will be Common Sense Parenting classes sponsored by Boys Town and MAMA.  Also, come enjoy a cup of coffee from Africa at MAMA’s Coffee Hut.
