First-Plymouth Church is home to “The Singing Tower,” First-Plymouth’s carillon and bell tower. Attend the free Carillon and Bell Tower tour at First-Plymouth on Wednesday , September 18, at 6:45pm, at First-Plymouth Church (20th & D Streets) and learn about the history of First-Plymouth’s carillon, how the instrument is played and hear its beautiful music. Meet in the back of the sanctuary. Be prepared to climb spiral staircase and ladder. No registration needed, walk-ins are welcome. An optional dinner will be served prior to the tour between 5:00-6:00pm in Pilgrim Hall ($6). No reservations needed for dinner.
