The Holiday Harvest Farmers Markets bring the community and our local producers together for a festival of local food and late-season harvests. Come shop for your holiday feasts and stock up for the winter with three indoor markets. With dozens of local farmers and producers participating, you can expect an abundance of locally grown produce and farm products such as salad greens, swiss chard, spinach and kale; brussels sprouts, cabbage, turnips, beets and radishes; potatoes, onions, shallots; carrots, fresh herbs, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, parsnips and rutabagas. Producers will also have meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, truffles, gelato and so much more. The HHFM accepts SNAP! At each indoor market, families and individuals with SNAP/EBT benefits may use those to purchase fresh, local food from all of our participating vendors. NEW this year, we're also doubling your food stamp dollars up to $20! Customers with SNAP can receive up to $20 in a combination of FREE SNAP tokens and Double Up Food Bucks coupons. SNAP customers can use this dollar-for-dollar match at each of the three holiday markets. Just bring your SNAP/EBT card to the Market Information booth to purchase tokens and earn matching tokens which can be used to buy any SNAP-eligible products at Market, including produce, meats, cheese, eggs, bread, honey, and more (up to $10) and matching Double Up Food Bucks coupons (up to $10 to be redeemed on fruits and vegetables). The Holiday Harvest Farmers Market is brought to you by the Old Cheney Road Farmers' Market in partnership with Lone Tree Foods. Lone Tree Foods is offers online (www.lonetreefoods.com) purchasing, still direct from local farmers, but with the ease of shopping from home.
